Refunds and Returns

Should you wish to return your purchase please contact us at shop@littlebirdiebee.co.uk or use the contact form provided on the homepage. All returns must be raised within 30 days of purchase and we will refund once they have been received and checked.

We will not refund any returns that are damaged unless they were damaged before delivery. We will not refund postage or pay for returns to be posted back to us unless there was a fault with the product or order.

If you cancel your order before shipment we will refund the order and delivery charges.
